为通过结构方程模型分析医学研究生抑郁情绪的影响因素,采用随机分层整群抽样,调查某医科大学956名医学研究生的抑郁情绪、适应能力、人际关系、应对方式、自尊等,并拟合结构方程模型。结果显示,有42.4%的学生有不同程度的抑郁状况。社会适应、人际关系、自尊为抑郁的保护因素,其中自尊作用最大。积极应对、社会适应和人际关系为促进作用,消极应对前两者为抑制作用。自尊对消极应对起到抑制作用,对积极应对产生促进作用。因此,在心理健康教育工作中,高校应注重提升医学生的自尊水平,引导其以积极的态度进行日常学习、生活、社会交往,同时医学院校应尽量为医学研究生创造社会实践机会,提升其社交能力。

By structural equation modeling analysis of the influencing factors of medical graduate students’ depression ,and Choosing 956 students in a medical university with strata cluster sampling and carrying out a questionnaire survey .We analyzed the depressive status ,social adaptation ,inter‐personal relationship ,coping styles ,and self‐esteem of medical students .Then we established model with structural equation model analysis .All of 42 .4% of the students had different degrees of depres‐sion .Social adapt ,interpersonal relationships ,and esteem were a protective factor of depression .Ac‐cording to standardized parameters ,self‐esteem was the most important one in these three factors . Actively coping response had promoted effect on social adaptation and interpersonal relationships . Yet ,the association between negative coping response and above two factors was contrarily .Esteem was positive relationship to active coping responding and was negative related to negative coping re‐sponse .In the mental health education of medical students ,we should focus on improving medical students esteem ,a positive attitude to guide their daily learning ,living ,social interaction ,and medi‐cal institutions should try to create opportunities for social practice ,improve their social skills .
