在我军三级医院的建设中，中级人才的培养是至关重要的组成部分，但是由于我军任务的复杂性、多变性，以及单位人员来源的不同，人员学历、能力的不同，中级人才的培养存在不少可以改进的地方。本文旨在通过参考美国医师培训制度的的经验，从“继续教育”、“多方位能力培养”、“教学模式”、“战场急救”等几个方面浅谈我军三级医院中级人才培养中值得思考的几个问题。

The training of senior technical personnel is an important part in the building of our army tertiary hospitals .But because the task of our army is complicated and variable ,the units have differ‐ent sources ,and the units have different educational background and ability ,the training of senior technical personnel in many areas can be improved .In this paper ,by drawing lessons from the advan‐tage of residency training system of the United States ,discuss some questions in the training of senior technical personnel from ‘continuing education’‘multiple competency training ’‘teaching model’‘first aid in battlefield’ and so on .
