临床实习教学是口腔医学本科教育的最后一个环节，实习质量的高低对于能否成长为一名合格的、优秀的口腔医生非常重要。影响实习质量的因素有多种，其中，带教教师扮演着非常重要的角色。要培养出能力强、素质高的优秀的口腔医学专门人才，带教教师在临床带教中不仅要有责任心、关爱心、忍耐心和尊重心，还要勤说、勤示、勤查和勤学。一言以蔽之，即为“四心”、“四勤”。

Clinical teaching is the last step of the stomatological education ,w hich plays a very impor‐tant role that whether an oral medical student will become an qualified and excellent dentist .There are many factors influencing the quality of the clinical practice ,in w hich educational teachers are very important .To train high quality and excellent oral medical talents ,educational teachers should not only possess ‘4 heart’ w hich means‘responsible heart’‘caring heart’‘enduring heart’ and‘respect‐ing heart’ ,but also make it ‘4 diligence’ w hich means‘diligently say’‘diligently show ’‘diligently check’ and‘diligently study’ .
