The Second Military Medical University is carrying on an ESP curriculum reform which fea‐tures the construction of a medical English corpus .Based on it ,this paper introduces the medical English curriculum setting in the SMMU and explores how the medical English corpus is applied in medical terminology ,listening and speaking ,medical w riting ,and comprehensive reading courses .
