为了提高教学质量，在有机化学的教学中教师就如何提高学生的学习兴趣，激发学习动力进行了尝试和探讨。注重上好第一堂课；采取有效的激励措施，激发学生的自主学习动力；引进教师与学生角色互换，学生参与式教学法；以及科研教学，帮助、鼓励学生参加各类与化学有关的竞赛等方法能最大限度的激发学生的学习兴趣，从而达到提高教学质量的目的。

In order to improve the quality of teaching in the organic chemistry teaching ,how to improve the students’ interest in learning and stimulate learning motivation has been carried on .Pay attention to the good first class ,take effective incentives to stimulate students’ autonomous learning motiva‐tion ;Invite students to become teachers in the teaching And join in teachers’ scientific research ,and encourage students to participate in all kinds of methods such as chemical related competition can maximum stimulate students’ interest in learning ,so as to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality .
