目的:分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征( OSAHS)与骨质疏松症的相关性。方法选择深圳市人民医院收治的63例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者为实验组,39例体检中心的非OSAHS人群为对照组,所有参与实验的对象行体格检查、调查问卷、多导睡眠检测、骨密度检测等,比较两者人群的骨密度、骨质疏松症患病率,并对OSAHS患者行骨密度与最低血氧饱和度( SaO2)的相关性分析。结果中、重度OSAHS患者的腰椎L1?4、股骨颈的骨密度低于对照组;中、重度OSAHS患者骨质疏松症发生率高于对照组。此外,OSAHS患者的骨密度水平与最低SaO2呈正相关,患者最低SaO2越低,骨密度水平越低。结论 OSAHS患者容易继发骨质疏松症,低氧血症可能是OSAHS患者其并发骨质疏松症的重要危险因素。

목적:분석조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정( OSAHS)여골질소송증적상관성。방법선택심수시인민의원수치적63례조새성수면호흡잠정저통기종합정환자위실험조,39례체검중심적비OSAHS인군위대조조,소유삼여실험적대상행체격검사、조사문권、다도수면검측、골밀도검측등,비교량자인군적골밀도、골질소송증환병솔,병대OSAHS환자행골밀도여최저혈양포화도( SaO2)적상관성분석。결과중、중도OSAHS환자적요추L1?4、고골경적골밀도저우대조조;중、중도OSAHS환자골질소송증발생솔고우대조조。차외,OSAHS환자적골밀도수평여최저SaO2정정상관,환자최저SaO2월저,골밀도수평월저。결론 OSAHS환자용역계발골질소송증,저양혈증가능시OSAHS환자기병발골질소송증적중요위험인소。
Objective To explore the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea?hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS ) and osteoporosis. Methods Sixty?three OSAHS patients and 39 healthy volunteers admitted in Shenzhen People’ s Hospital at same time were selected in the experimental group and control group, respectively. All the subjects filled questionnaire, and underwent physical examination, polysomnography ( PSG) monitory, bone mineral density ( BMD) measurement. BMD and the incidence of osteoporosis were compared between OSAHS patients and control subjects. The correlation between BMD and lowest arterial oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) in OSAHS patients was also analyzed. Results BMD of the lumbar spine ( L1?L4 ) and the femoral neck in moderate and severe OSAHS patients was significantly lower than that in control group. The incidence of osteoporosis in moderate and severe OSAHS patients was higher than that in control group. BMD in OSAHS patients was positively correlated with the lowest SaO2 . The lower the lowest SaO2 was, the lower the BMD in OSAHS patients. Conclusion OSAHS may promote the development of osteoporosis;and hypoxia might be the important risk factor.
