炎症相关骨质疏松症是指炎症特别是系统性炎症引起的骨量减少、骨质破坏。近期的研究发现多种炎性疾病与骨质疏松症相关,炎症引起骨质疏松的发病涉及环氧化酶?2( COX?2)、白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子α( TNF?alpha )、RANKL/RANK/OPG系统、C反应蛋白、一氧化氮( nitric oxide)、端粒酶等,发病机制的研究促进了denosumab等骨质疏松新药的研发。

The pathogenesis of inflammation?induced osteoporosis involves TNF?alpha, interleukins, RANKL \ RANK \ OPG pathway, etc. Research of the pathogenesis helps to develop new anti?osteoporosis drug such as denosumab.
