目的：探讨线粒体脑肌病伴乳酸血症和卒中样发作综合征（MELAS）的 MRI 表现，以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾分析2例经临床病理证实的成人 MELAS 患者的 MRI 检查资料。结果2例患者 MRI 显示多脑叶发病，病变多位于皮层及皮层下白质，病变分布与脑血管供血分布不一致，T1 WI 呈低信号、T2 WI 和 FLAIR 呈高信号。结论MELAS 型线粒体脑肌病患者的 MRI 表现有一定的特征性，有助于诊断。
目的：探討線粒體腦肌病伴乳痠血癥和卒中樣髮作綜閤徵（MELAS）的 MRI 錶現，以提高對該病的認識。方法迴顧分析2例經臨床病理證實的成人 MELAS 患者的 MRI 檢查資料。結果2例患者 MRI 顯示多腦葉髮病，病變多位于皮層及皮層下白質，病變分佈與腦血管供血分佈不一緻，T1 WI 呈低信號、T2 WI 和 FLAIR 呈高信號。結論MELAS 型線粒體腦肌病患者的 MRI 錶現有一定的特徵性，有助于診斷。
목적：탐토선립체뇌기병반유산혈증화졸중양발작종합정（MELAS）적 MRI 표현，이제고대해병적인식。방법회고분석2례경림상병리증실적성인 MELAS 환자적 MRI 검사자료。결과2례환자 MRI 현시다뇌협발병，병변다위우피층급피층하백질，병변분포여뇌혈관공혈분포불일치，T1 WI 정저신호、T2 WI 화 FLAIR 정고신호。결론MELAS 형선립체뇌기병환자적 MRI 표현유일정적특정성，유조우진단。
Objective To investigate the findings of mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic acidosis and stroke (MELAS)on MRI,in order to improve the understanding of this disease. Methods MRI data of two adult patients with MELAS confirmed by clinically pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results Lesions of MELAS involved multiple lobes of brain on MRI in two cases,both cortex and subcorti-cal white matter were involved,and lesions distributions were not in line with cerebral vessels run,all the le-sions showed low signal intensity on T1 WI,high signal intensity on T2 WI and FLAIR. Conclusion The find-ings of the MELAS lesions on MRI have certain characteristic,MRI is helpful to diagnosis of MELAS.
