目的:探讨PUMA(p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis,P53上调凋亡调控因子)蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法观察36例皮肤鳞癌组织和25例正常皮肤组织石蜡标本中PUMA蛋白的表达情况。结果:皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组织中PUMA蛋白阳性表达率(25.18%)明显低于正常皮肤组织(78.00%)(<0.05);SCC中低分化组的PUMA蛋白的阳性表达率低于高分化组(<0.05)。结论:PUMA蛋白表达下调可能使细胞恶性转化和增殖。

목적:탐토PUMA(p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis,P53상조조망조공인자)단백재피부린상세포암중적표체급의의。방법:채용면역조화SP법관찰36례피부린암조직화25례정상피부조직석사표본중PUMA단백적표체정황。결과:피부린상세포암(SCC)조직중PUMA단백양성표체솔(25.18%)명현저우정상피부조직(78.00%)(<0.05);SCC중저분화조적PUMA단백적양성표체솔저우고분화조(<0.05)。결론:PUMA단백표체하조가능사세포악성전화화증식。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of PUMA protein in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Expression of PUMA protein was detected in 36 SCC and 25 normal skin specimens by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of PUMA protein was significantly lower in SCC (41.18%) than that in normal skin (100%)( <0.05).The positive rate of P- ERK was significantly higher in SCC(76.47%) than that in normal skin(20.00%)( <0.05).The positive rate of PUMA protein in the low differentiation group were lower than it in the high differentiation group( <0.05). Conclusion The decrease or deletion of PUMA protein expression will result in the malignant transformation and proliferation.
