目的：探索一种适应证广，效果稳定持久，术后肿胀轻、恢复快的重睑成形术式。方法：在重睑线内、外眦及黄金点处三点微创切开，去除睑板前部分眼轮匝肌，并去除臃肿的眶隔脂肪。三点处微切口分别与睑板上缘或提上睑肌腱膜缝合固定。结果：对93例(186只眼)进行三点微创重睑成形术，93例全部在7～15天内消肿，形成的重睑线流畅、稳定，随访1～12个月重睑外形自然逼真，无严重并发症。结论：三点微创重睑成形术操作简单，创伤小，术后肿胀期短，效果稳定持久。
목적：탐색일충괄응증엄，효과은정지구，술후종창경、회복쾌적중검성형술식。방법：재중검선내、외자급황금점처삼점미창절개，거제검판전부분안륜잡기，병거제옹종적광격지방。삼점처미절구분별여검판상연혹제상검기건막봉합고정。결과：대93례(186지안)진행삼점미창중검성형술，93례전부재7～15천내소종，형성적중검선류창、은정，수방1～12개월중검외형자연핍진，무엄중병발증。결론：삼점미창중검성형술조작간단，창상소，술후종창기단，효과은정지구。
Objective To explore a wide indications, stable and durable effect,postoperative swelling of the light, fast recovery of double fold eyelid operation. Methods In the double eyelid line, the lateral canthus and gold point three mini incision, removal of pretarsal part of orbicularis oculi muscle, and remove the orbital fat. Three point micro incision respectively with the upper edge or levator aponeurosis sutured. Results In 93 cases (186 eyes) of three minimally invasive double fold eyelid, 93 cases were all within 7- 15 days,detumescence,double eyelid line smooth, stable form, the followed- up of 1- 12 months, double eyelid shape lifelike,no serious complications. Conclusion Three minimally invasive blepharoplasty has the advantages of simple operation,small trauma, postoperative swellingperiod is short, lasting effect.
