目的：寻找一种既能保留阴道黏膜，又能形成外科美观的阴道缩紧成形术效果。方法：于阴道后壁皮肤与黏膜交界处设计V形切口，分离深约4cm后，显露阴道缩肌，行“8”字形或环形缝合球海绵体肌3～4针，以缩紧阴道后壁肌肉，然后褥式连续缝合剥离阴道黏膜及黏膜下组织，让保留的阴道黏膜突入阴道内，将V形切口用Y形缝合，以缩小阴道外口，形成松紧适宜美观的新阴道口。结果：本组30例患者切口均I期愈合。所有患者术后随访3个月～3年，均感术后性生活满意，有良好效果。且瘢痕不明显，会阴部外形美观。结论：该方法既操作简单、疗效确切，且外观美观，是一种阴道紧缩安全有效的好方法，
목적：심조일충기능보류음도점막，우능형성외과미관적음도축긴성형술효과。방법：우음도후벽피부여점막교계처설계V형절구，분리심약4cm후，현로음도축기，행“8”자형혹배형봉합구해면체기3～4침，이축긴음도후벽기육，연후욕식련속봉합박리음도점막급점막하조직，양보류적음도점막돌입음도내，장V형절구용Y형봉합，이축소음도외구，형성송긴괄의미관적신음도구。결과：본조30례환자절구균I기유합。소유환자술후수방3개월～3년，균감술후성생활만의，유량호효과。차반흔불명현，회음부외형미관。결론：해방법기조작간단、료효학절，차외관미관，시일충음도긴축안전유효적호방법，
Objective Seeking a methodology which can retain the vaginal mucosa and prettify the shape of aesthetic vaginal tightening angioplasty. Methods Designed a V- shaped incision at the junction of vaginal wall and mucous. Separated related tissues for 4cm depth and revealed vaginal muscle contraction. Adopted "8" or "O" shape suture bulbospongiosus 3- 4 needles, tightening the vaginal wall muscle. Then continuous sutured released vaginal mucosa and submucosal tissue. Making reserved vaginal mucosa into the vagina. Sutured V- shape incision with a Y- shaped suturing method to build an elastic fit and new vagina. Results A group of 30 patients' incisions were healed in the first phase. Within 3 to 12 months visiting, they were all satisfied with sex after operation. Scars were not obvious and perineum revealed beautiful appearance. Conclusion This method is a simply operation and has significant effect. This operation is highly recommended to tighten vaginal safely and effectively.
