目的：探讨128层CTA与冠状动脉造影（coronary angiography，CAG）对冠状动脉迂曲的诊断价值。方法：160例疑诊为冠心病的患者均行冠状动脉CTA，其中97例CTA检查前、后2周行CAG检查。对比分析2种方法对冠状动脉迂曲的检出率及对冠状动脉迂曲程度评价。结果：160例检出冠状动脉迂曲26例，CTA、CAG检出率分别为16.3%（26/160）、14.4%（14/97）。重度迂曲患者年龄较轻中度大，迂曲长度较短（P<0.05），但2组间曲段至窦口距离差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：128层CTA可清晰显示冠状动脉迂曲及评价迂曲程度，对冠状动脉迂曲的诊断有重要价值。
목적：탐토128층CTA여관상동맥조영（coronary angiography，CAG）대관상동맥우곡적진단개치。방법：160례의진위관심병적환자균행관상동맥CTA，기중97례CTA검사전、후2주행CAG검사。대비분석2충방법대관상동맥우곡적검출솔급대관상동맥우곡정도평개。결과：160례검출관상동맥우곡26례，CTA、CAG검출솔분별위16.3%（26/160）、14.4%（14/97）。중도우곡환자년령교경중도대，우곡장도교단（P<0.05），단2조간곡단지두구거리차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：128층CTA가청석현시관상동맥우곡급평개우곡정도，대관상동맥우곡적진단유중요개치。
Objective:To explore the value of 128 slice spiral CT arteriography (CTA) and coronary angiography (CAG) in dia-gnosis of coronary artery tortuosity. Methods:160 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were performed coronary CTA, among them,97 cases underwent CAG before and after 2 weeks CTA examination. Comparative analysis of two methods for the detection and evaluation of coronary artery tortuosity was performed. Results:160 patients were detected with 26 cases of coron-ary artery tortuosity. CTA,CAG detection rate was 16.3% (26/160) and 14.4% (14/97). For the patients with mild-to-moderate tor-tuosity,patients with severe tortuosity had an older age,shorter tortuosity length (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the distance from the beginning of tortuosity to the sinus ostium (P>0.05). Conclusions:128-slice spiral CTA can clearly display coronary artery tortuosity and evaluate tortuosity level. It has an important clinical value in diagnosis.
