基于市场均衡理论的角度考虑高校毕业生就业促进的问题,有利于毕业生供需平衡,从而更好促进社会稳定、经济增长。为此,高校及相关部门,一方面应重视高校毕业生就业信息平台建设,减少信息不对称;另一方面应优化高校毕业生就业政策,促进供求均衡;同时,深化就业市场建设,消除就业歧视。
基于市場均衡理論的角度攷慮高校畢業生就業促進的問題,有利于畢業生供需平衡,從而更好促進社會穩定、經濟增長。為此,高校及相關部門,一方麵應重視高校畢業生就業信息平檯建設,減少信息不對稱;另一方麵應優化高校畢業生就業政策,促進供求均衡;同時,深化就業市場建設,消除就業歧視。

To consider the problems of promoting employment of college graduates based on the perspective of the market equilibrium theory is conducive to the graduates' supply-demand balance, so as to better promote the social stability and economic growth. Therefore, the colleges and universities and related departments, from one hand, should pay attention to the construction of college graduates employment information platform and reduce the information asymmetry; on the other hand, they should optimize the college graduates employment policy and promote the supply- demand equilibrium. At the same time, they should deepen the construction of the employment market and eliminate the employment discrimination.
