本文通过介绍美国阿拉巴马大学伯明翰分校临床与转化科学中心，为我国转化医学中心建设提供依据。临床与转化科学中心具有明确的愿景和使命、完善的组织机构、丰富的服务项目、试点计划、核心资源，提供多层次教育和培训，并具有广泛的合作伙伴。促进我国转化医学的发展，应当合理配置转化医学中心资源、健全组织机构、加强转化医学培训与教育、扩大合作交流途径。

This article introduced experience of University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) center for clinical and translational science ( CCTS) in order to promote construction of translational medicine center construction in China .CCTS has clear vision and mission , perfect organization , clinical services, pilot programs, cores, providing multi-level education and training programs , and has a wide range of partners .Take the CCTS experience into consideration , resources should be allo-cated rationally , organization should be optimize , training and education should be strengthen , opera-tion and communication way should be expanded to promote the transformation of achievements of medicine .
