中药学创新人才的培养是中医药事业发展的关键，科研能力是其创新素质的基础。创新人才培养实验区建设是一个系统工程，以提高教师队伍创新能力起步，深入挖掘各种资源、支撑条件和平台，构建科研创新能力培养贯穿始终的课程体系，探索适合的评价方式，并突出科研导师制、创新基金项目、开放办学等重要环节，为培养中药学创新人才奠定了基础。同时还需进一步解决如何强化中药特色、合理的管理方式和有效的资源配置等方面的问题。

s: Cultivation of creative talents of Chinese materia medica is the key to the development of traditional Chinese medicine. Research and innovation capability is the basis of innovative qualities. Experimental plot construction for training creative talents is a system engineering which starts with improving innovation capacity of teachers and digging into a variety of resources, support conditions and platforms. Research and innovation ability cultivation is stressed throughout the curriculum building. Appropriate evaluation methods are explored. Some important aspects such as tutorial system, creative fund project and open education are highlighted. Meanwhile, attention should be paid to problems of how to strengthen characteristics of Chinese materia medica, how to do rational management work and how to achieve efficient resource configuration.
