中医经典导读是一门年轻学科,教学主旨是在整体把握课程内容基础上,如何将伤寒论、金匮要略、温病学3门课程有机结合,以提高教学效果。以讲解为主的教学,内容较多,学生较难理解,会令学习积极性受挫。采用“看”形象图表为导入框架,突出脉络,反应三者间共性与联系,穿插典型案例,“练”习经方能力,结合情境模拟、分组讨论、医患角色扮演教学法,培养“做”临床中的实践分析能力。从而帮助学习者理清思路,开阔中医辨证思维,最大程度地做到“以学习者为中心”。

Guided readings of ancient TCM classics is a newly developed subject, which aims to combine three subjects of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Synopsis of Golden Chamber and doctrine of epidemic febrile diseases in a reasonable way so as to increase teaching efficiency. Since too much explaining and lecturing work may frustrate students’learning initiatives, we take“watching”of figures and tables as a lead-in, highlighting the skeleton to illustrate similarity and connection among the three subjects. Typical cases are selected in the process for students ’“practicing”classic prescriptions. Situational simulation, group discussion, doctor-patient role playing methods are adopted to train students’clinical abilities in“doing”things and solving problems. Dialectical thinking of Chinese medicine is broadened to achieve the learner-centered teaching purpose in the farthest way.
