目的:探讨“三明治”教学法在内经选读课程教学中的效果。方法同一班级随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各16人,实验组采用“三明治”教学法,对照组采用传统课堂讲授法。结束后分别对2组学生进行相关内容的理论知识和病案考核。结果在总成绩和病案分析上,实验组成绩优于对照组成绩(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。在理论知识考核上,2组学生的成绩没有差异(P>0.05)。结论“三明治”教学法对于提高学生的分析能力和解决实际问题的能力较普通教学法有优势。

목적:탐토“삼명치”교학법재내경선독과정교학중적효과。방법동일반급수궤분위실험조화대조조,매조각16인,실험조채용“삼명치”교학법,대조조채용전통과당강수법。결속후분별대2조학생진행상관내용적이론지식화병안고핵。결과재총성적화병안분석상,실험조성적우우대조조성적(P<0.05),차이구유통계학의의。재이론지식고핵상,2조학생적성적몰유차이(P>0.05)。결론“삼명치”교학법대우제고학생적분석능력화해결실제문제적능력교보통교학법유우세。
Objective To explore the effect of“sandwich”method in teaching selected readings of Internal Canon of Medicine. Methods One same class was randomly divided into experiment and control group, with 16 students in each group.“Sandwich”method was applied to the experiment group and traditional lecturing method was given to the control group. After the experiment, students in both groups were tested in theoretical knowledge and case history. Results Students in the experiment group performed better in case analysis and total score with a statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in test of theoretical knowledge. Conclusion“Sandwich”teaching method can help enhance students’ability to analyze and solve problems.
