本工作研究了 Fe-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)共沉淀富集-X 射线荧光光谱法测定痕量铀。在0.01 mol/L硝酸介质中,使用500μg Fe和10%(质量分数)的DDTC将铀沉淀转移到滤纸片上制成薄样,采用X射线荧光法测量,以银靶散射线作内标校正基体效应和仪器的漂移等,在0.1~2.0 m g/L铀溶液范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.9994。铀的检出限为0.04 mg/L,比溶液法X射线荧光分析的检出限降低约一个数量级。

Trace uranium was common precipitated by Fe-DDTC and determined with X-ray fluorescence.Uranium was common precipitated by 500μg Fe and 10% DDTC in 0.01 mol/L nitric acid solution,then the common precipitation was transferred to filter paper as thin sample.The scatter line of Ag target is taken as internal standard line to revise the matrix effect and the float of the instrument.The line relativity coefficient of uranium curve is 0.9 9 9 4 when the uranium mass concentration is 0.1-2.0 mg/L .Detection limit of uranium is 0.04 mg/L,which is one order of magnitude lower than X-ray fluorescence determined uranium solution.
