目的：研究川芎嗪添加治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效。方法将46例 PD 患者随机分为对照组和观察组；2组均给予美多巴基础治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上添加川芎嗪治疗；在治疗前后对 2组患者进行统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)各部分评分，并计算 2组患者治疗有效率。结果对照组患者治疗后日常生活活动评分和运动检查评分较治疗前显著降低(P <0.05)。观察组患者治疗后精神、行为、情绪评分、日常生活活动评分和运动检查评分较治疗前显著降低(P <0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较，观察组治疗后精神、行为、情绪评分、日常生活活动评分和运动检查评分显著降低(P <0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组治疗有效率显著增高(P <0.05)。结论川芎嗪添加治疗对改善 PD 患者临床症状效果较好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ligustrazine injection add-on therapy on Parkinson’s disease (PD).Methods 46 PD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the ob-servation group.Madopar was given to both two groups,meanwhile Ligustrazine injection was additionally giv-en to the observation group.The scores of unified Parkinson's disease rating scales (UPDRS)before and after treatment were observed,and the effective rate of the two groups was evaluated.Results The scores of Daily activity and motor function examination in the control groups significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05).The scores of mind,behavior,emotion,daily activity,motor function examination in the observation group significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05 or 0.01 ).Compared to the control group after treat-ment,the scores of mind,behavior,emotion,daily activity,motor function examination in the observation group were significantly lower (P <0.05 ),while the efficiency of treatment were significantly higher (P <0.05).Conclusions Ligustrazine injection add-on therapy can improve clinical symptom of PD patients.
