目的：通过对中药浸泡会阴擦拭护理，观察中药浸泡液对妇科疾病的作用，达到协助医师提前治愈妇科疾病的目的。方法将1516例妇科疾病随机分成两组，中药浸泡护理组894例，新洁尔灭消毒液护理组622例。结果中药浸泡液擦拭组对妇科疾病护理效果明显优于对照组。结论中药浸泡液用于妇科疾病会阴部护理效果明显优于西医消毒液护理组，协助医生治疗妇科病可提前达到预期疗效，取得满意护理效果，值得临床护理推广应用。

목적：통과대중약침포회음찰식호리，관찰중약침포액대부과질병적작용，체도협조의사제전치유부과질병적목적。방법장1516례부과질병수궤분성량조，중약침포호리조894례，신길이멸소독액호리조622례。결과중약침포액찰식조대부과질병호리효과명현우우대조조。결론중약침포액용우부과질병회음부호리효과명현우우서의소독액호리조，협조의생치료부과병가제전체도예기료효，취득만의호리효과，치득림상호리추엄응용。

Conclusion herbal medicine immersion liquid used for pudendal nursing effect is obviously superior to western medicine disinfectant nursing group will assist doctors treating gynecological diseases, gynecological diseases in advance can achieve expected effect, achieved satisfactory nursing effect, it is worthy of popularization and application of clinical nursing.
