目的：探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术在县医院开展的价值和问题对策。方法回顾分析我院2013年4月至2014年10月间行 PKrP 治疗 BPH 患者43例开展情况，术后随访15天~1年。结果43例 BPH 患者均行 PKrP，42例成功治愈，其中 2例经尿道扩张术后行 PKrP 成功，1例术中中转开放手术治愈，有效率97.67%。在县医院开展 PKrP 手术，有较多非技术优势，但技术人才是一个严重瓶颈制约因素。结论 PKrP 术在县医院开展具有诸多优势，但规范常规开展还有待时日，技术人才培养和稳定是问题关键。
목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선등리자전절술재현의원개전적개치화문제대책。방법회고분석아원2013년4월지2014년10월간행 PKrP 치료 BPH 환자43례개전정황，술후수방15천~1년。결과43례 BPH 환자균행 PKrP，42례성공치유，기중 2례경뇨도확장술후행 PKrP 성공，1례술중중전개방수술치유，유효솔97.67%。재현의원개전 PKrP 수술，유교다비기술우세，단기술인재시일개엄중병경제약인소。결론 PKrP 술재현의원개전구유제다우세，단규범상규개전환유대시일，기술인재배양화은정시문제관건。
Objective to investigate the value and problem countermeasure of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate development in county hospital.Methods a retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2013 april ~2014 year in october for PKrP 43 patients treated with BPH development, follow-up 15 days ~1 years.Results in 43 cases of BPH patients were treated with PKrP,42 cases were successfully cured, including 2 cases of transurethral dilatation underwent PKrP successfully, 1 cases were converted to open surgery operation cure, efficiency 97.67%. Development of PKRP operation in the county hospital, there are more non technical superiority, but the technical personnel is a serious bottleneck restricting factors.Conclusion PKrP operation carried out in the county hospital has many advantages, but the standard of conventional development remains to be seen, the training of technical personnel and stability is the key problem of.
