目的：探讨临床在光镜下对尿红细胞形态的检查与价值。方法选取我院120例受检者的尿液标本进行分组研究，包括观察组（肾小球肾炎患者）、对照组（非肾小球肾炎患者）和健康组（健康体检者）各40例，评估3组在光镜下的尿红细胞形态测定情况。结果相比对照组，观察组的多形性畸形率更高，均一性更低，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。对照组与健康组的尿红细胞数与畸形率对比相仿（P ＞0.05），而观察组相比2组均更高（P ＜0.05）。结论临床实施光镜下尿红细胞形态检查，对测定肾小球肾炎与指导医师制定针对性强的施治方案有重要价值，建议推广。
목적：탐토림상재광경하대뇨홍세포형태적검사여개치。방법선취아원120례수검자적뇨액표본진행분조연구，포괄관찰조（신소구신염환자）、대조조（비신소구신염환자）화건강조（건강체검자）각40례，평고3조재광경하적뇨홍세포형태측정정황。결과상비대조조，관찰조적다형성기형솔경고，균일성경저，유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。대조조여건강조적뇨홍세포수여기형솔대비상방（P ＞0.05），이관찰조상비2조균경고（P ＜0.05）。결론림상실시광경하뇨홍세포형태검사，대측정신소구신염여지도의사제정침대성강적시치방안유중요개치，건의추엄。
Objective to investigate the clinical examination and the value of urinary red cell morphology under light microscope. Methods select 120 cases in our hospital in the subjects of urine specimens were divided into two groups, the observation group (including patients with glomerulonephritis), control group (patients with non glomerular nephritis) and healthy group (healthy people) of the 40 cases, 3 groups was evaluated at the light microscopic urinary red cell morphology test. Results compared with control group, the observation group pleomorphic deformity rate higher, lower uniformity, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). control the number of urinary red blood cell group and the healthy group and the rate of abnormal contrast was similar (P > 0.05), while the observation group compared with 2 group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion the clinical implementation of urinary red cell morphology under light microscope examination, determination of glomerulonephritis and guide physicians established according to the strong treatment scheme has important value, recommended the promotion.
