目的：观察眼针与针药结合法治疗不安腿综合症的临床效果。方法将39例不安腿综合症患者随机分为对照组（18）和治疗组（21）。对照组采用针药结合治疗，治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组21例患者中，治愈14例，占66.67%；有效6例，占28.57%；无效 1例，占4.76%。对照组18例中，治愈6例，占33.33%；有效7例，占38.89%；无效5例，占27.78%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论眼针与针药结合治疗不安腿综合症疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰안침여침약결합법치료불안퇴종합증적림상효과。방법장39례불안퇴종합증환자수궤분위대조조（18）화치료조（21）。대조조채용침약결합치료，치료조재침약결합치료적기출상급여안침치료。비교량조림상료효。결과치료조21례환자중，치유14례，점66.67%；유효6례，점28.57%；무효 1례，점4.76%。대조조18례중，치유6례，점33.33%；유효7례，점38.89%；무효5례，점27.78%。량조총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론안침여침약결합치료불안퇴종합증료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective to observe the clinical effect of eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine in the threatment of restless legs syndeome.Methods 39 patients with restless legs syndeome were randomly divided into the control group of 18 patientsand and the treatment group of 21 patients.the control group received the combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine while the treatment group received eye acupuncture treatment in addition to the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment. clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results 21 patients of the treatment group,14 cases were cured,accounting for 66.67%;6 cases were effective,accounting for 28.57%,1 cases with no response ,accounting for 4.76%,with the total effective rate of 95.24%.18 patients of the control group,6 cases were cured, accounting for 33.33%;7 cases were effective ,accounting for 38.89%,5 cases with no response ,accounting for 27.78%,with the total effective rate of 72.22%. There were significant differences of total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine is significantly effective on restless legs syndeome,thereby worthy of clinical application.
