目的：中医中药辨证治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效观察。方法运用中医理论辨证论治58例重症肌无力患者10个月。结果痊愈 8例，显效21例，好转24例，无效5例，总有效率为91.4%；其中中气不足型、脾肾阳虚型疗效最佳，总有效率达100%。结论中医辨证论治可以阻止 MG 病变发展，改善症状，并收到良好效果。
目的：中醫中藥辨證治療重癥肌無力的臨床療效觀察。方法運用中醫理論辨證論治58例重癥肌無力患者10箇月。結果痊愈 8例，顯效21例，好轉24例，無效5例，總有效率為91.4%；其中中氣不足型、脾腎暘虛型療效最佳，總有效率達100%。結論中醫辨證論治可以阻止 MG 病變髮展，改善癥狀，併收到良好效果。
목적：중의중약변증치료중증기무력적림상료효관찰。방법운용중의이론변증론치58례중증기무력환자10개월。결과전유 8례，현효21례，호전24례，무효5례，총유효솔위91.4%；기중중기불족형、비신양허형료효최가，총유효솔체100%。결론중의변증론치가이조지 MG 병변발전，개선증상，병수도량호효과。
Objective to observe the clinical curative effect of tcM syndrome differentiation and treatment of myasthenia gravis. Methods using the theory of tcM syndrome differentiation and treatment of 58 patients with myasthenia gravis in 10 months. Results 8 cases were cured, 21 cases markedly effective, 24 cases improved, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 91.4%; the effect of qi deficiency, spleen kidney yang deficiency type best, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion tcM syndrome differentiation and treatment may prevent the development of MG lesions, improve symptoms, and received good results.
