目的：探讨安宫牛黄丸联合纳美芬治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法病毒性脑炎昏迷患儿103例，随机分为两组，两组均常规予积极退热、止惊、减轻脑水肿及支持治疗，对照组加用纳洛酮，治疗组加用安宫牛黄丸鼻饲，并静脉注射盐酸纳美芬。观察两组患儿临床疗效。结果安宫牛黄丸联合纳美芬治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论安宫牛黄丸联合纳美芬治疗儿童重症病毒性脑炎使患儿昏迷时间缩短并改善预后。
목적：탐토안궁우황환연합납미분치료인동중증병독성뇌염적림상료효。방법병독성뇌염혼미환인103례，수궤분위량조，량조균상규여적겁퇴열、지량、감경뇌수종급지지치료，대조조가용납락동，치료조가용안궁우황환비사，병정맥주사염산납미분。관찰량조환인림상료효。결과안궁우황환연합납미분치료조림상료효우우대조조。결론안궁우황환연합납미분치료인동중증병독성뇌염사환인혼미시간축단병개선예후。
Objective to study the clinical effects of angong niuhuang combined nalmefene in the treatment of viral encephalitis of children.Methods 103 case of viral encephalitis were in coma,they were divided into two groups by the order of hospitalization,Patients in control group were treated by injecting of naloxone,reducing fever,controling convulsion, improving cerebral edema and other supporting treatments,observed group were added angong niuhuang and nalmefene instead of naloxone.Results the clinical effects of observed group were better than that of control group:Conclusion angong niuhuang combined nalmefene can shorten the coma time and improve the outcome of children with viral encephalitis.
