制作和分割有关水利普查工作底图是第一次全国水利普查的一项重要而繁琐的工作。面对大量的图形数据操作,如按常规方法编辑处理,操作费时费力。基于ModelBuilder建模工具的制图技术,可调用多个GeoProcess空间处理操作,实现自动地理处理流程化,在水利普查制图中得到广泛应用,避免了大量重复性工作。

Thematic mapping is an important content of the First National Water Census with heavy working load.It would cost long time and huge efforts to calculate the data for mapping using conventional approaches.Therefore, the ModelBuilder is applied to automatically process the data. ModelBuilder involves multiple working flows ( GeoProcess ) at the same time, which can significantly improve the efficiency of repetitive works.As a result, ModelBuilder has been widely applied in the First National Water Census.
