采用稀释平板法从福建武夷山毛竹根、鞭、杆、叶部组织中分离到27株内生细菌,利用细菌菌落表征性状和16S rDNA 序列对这些菌株进行了多样性分析。结果表明,分离出27株内生细菌分属于14属18种,其中以节细菌属 Arthrobacter、芽孢杆菌属 Bacillus 、苍白杆菌属 Ochrobactrum 和葡萄球菌属 Staphylococcus 为主要菌群。
採用稀釋平闆法從福建武夷山毛竹根、鞭、桿、葉部組織中分離到27株內生細菌,利用細菌菌落錶徵性狀和16S rDNA 序列對這些菌株進行瞭多樣性分析。結果錶明,分離齣27株內生細菌分屬于14屬18種,其中以節細菌屬 Arthrobacter、芽孢桿菌屬 Bacillus 、蒼白桿菌屬 Ochrobactrum 和葡萄毬菌屬 Staphylococcus 為主要菌群。
채용희석평판법종복건무이산모죽근、편、간、협부조직중분리도27주내생세균,이용세균균락표정성상화16S rDNA 서렬대저사균주진행료다양성분석。결과표명,분리출27주내생세균분속우14속18충,기중이절세균속 Arthrobacter、아포간균속 Bacillus 、창백간균속 Ochrobactrum 화포도구균속 Staphylococcus 위주요균군。
Twenty-seven endophytic bacteria were isolated from the roots,rhizome,stems and leaves of moso bamboo by means of grinding separation.A preliminary determination on the diversity of the strains was made based on their phenotypic characteristics as well as the molecular classification using partial 16S rDNA sequences.The results showed that the isolated bacteria could be classified into 14 genera and 18 species,with Arthrobacter, Bacillus ,Ochrobactrum and Staphylococcus being the most predominant.
