对10个茶树杂交创新种质形态特征和生物学特性、生化成分、乌龙茶制茶品质、遗传相似性进行初步鉴定,结果表明:①参试种质为灌木型或小乔木型,树姿直立或半开张,中叶类。发芽密度中或密,1芽2叶生育期在3月中旬至下旬,芽叶色泽有黄绿色、紫绿色、紫红色3种类型,茸毛少。叶片大小为中叶,叶型有卵圆、椭圆、长椭圆3种类型,叶质均柔软。②参试种质间1芽3叶长、1芽3叶百芽重、花冠直径、花瓣个数、果实大小、种径大小均无显著差异。③参试种质生化分析样品水分、水浸出物、氨基酸、咖啡碱、茶多酚、酚氨比均无显著差异。④FT104、FT516、FT528乌龙茶加工品质优,可作为育种材料利用。⑤在遗传相似系数为0.53处可将参试种质分为4类,其中 FT102和 FT516为第1类,FT1031为第2类,FT1032为第3类,其他7个种质为第4类。
對10箇茶樹雜交創新種質形態特徵和生物學特性、生化成分、烏龍茶製茶品質、遺傳相似性進行初步鑒定,結果錶明:①參試種質為灌木型或小喬木型,樹姿直立或半開張,中葉類。髮芽密度中或密,1芽2葉生育期在3月中旬至下旬,芽葉色澤有黃綠色、紫綠色、紫紅色3種類型,茸毛少。葉片大小為中葉,葉型有卵圓、橢圓、長橢圓3種類型,葉質均柔軟。②參試種質間1芽3葉長、1芽3葉百芽重、花冠直徑、花瓣箇數、果實大小、種徑大小均無顯著差異。③參試種質生化分析樣品水分、水浸齣物、氨基痠、咖啡堿、茶多酚、酚氨比均無顯著差異。④FT104、FT516、FT528烏龍茶加工品質優,可作為育種材料利用。⑤在遺傳相似繫數為0.53處可將參試種質分為4類,其中 FT102和 FT516為第1類,FT1031為第2類,FT1032為第3類,其他7箇種質為第4類。
대10개다수잡교창신충질형태특정화생물학특성、생화성분、오룡다제다품질、유전상사성진행초보감정,결과표명:①삼시충질위관목형혹소교목형,수자직립혹반개장,중협류。발아밀도중혹밀,1아2협생육기재3월중순지하순,아협색택유황록색、자록색、자홍색3충류형,용모소。협편대소위중협,협형유란원、타원、장타원3충류형,협질균유연。②삼시충질간1아3협장、1아3협백아중、화관직경、화판개수、과실대소、충경대소균무현저차이。③삼시충질생화분석양품수분、수침출물、안기산、가배감、다다분、분안비균무현저차이。④FT104、FT516、FT528오룡다가공품질우,가작위육충재료이용。⑤재유전상사계수위0.53처가장삼시충질분위4류,기중 FT102화 FT516위제1류,FT1031위제2류,FT1032위제3류,기타7개충질위제4류。
The morphological and biological characteristics,biochemical composition,Oolong Tea quality,genetic similarity of 10 tea hybridized germplasms were character.Our results showed that:①The tree model are shrub or small tree,and the tree pose are erect or semi opened;the bud germinated moderately or densely,a bud and two leaves growth begins in the middle to late March,and there are 3 color types on bud and leaves:yellow green, purple green,purple,and less hair on leaves;All tested germplasms are middle leaves,and there are 3 leaves types:oval,elliptical,long elliptic;Leaves matter is soft.②There have no significant differences in the length of a bud and three leaves,the 100 buds weight of a bud and three leaves,the flower diameter,the flower number,the fruit size and the seed size.③ There have no significant differences in moisture content,water extracts,amino acids,caffeine,tea polyphenols,phenol ammonia ratio.④ FT104,FT516,FT528 could be priority used as breeding materials as their excellent Oolong Tea quality.⑤The tested germplasms could be divided into 4 types in genetic similarity coefficient of 0.53,the first class included FT102 and FT516,the second class is FT1031,the third class is FT1032,the fourth class included the other 7 germplasms.
