用对称分量法对单相断线故障进行理论分析,得出断线相各序电流与断线前的负荷电流成正比的结论。指出若轻载或空载线路发生此类故障,由于零序电流较小保护装置可能不动作的情况。结合一起220 kV线路单相断线的实际案例,分析单相断线故障对实际电网造成的影响及保护未动作的原因,详细介绍调度员综合故障信息对故障的判断及处置过程,为今后调度员处理此类故障提供了宝贵经验。

Based on the theoretical analysis of single-phase line break fault by using symmetrical component method, it is proved the phase sequence current is proportional to the pre-fault load current.If a fault occurs on light load or no-load line without relay protection action due to the low zero sequence current, it is difficult for the persons on duty to detect any anomalies form monitoring system.Combined with a actual case of 220 kV single-phase line break fault, the influence after fault on power-grid and the reason of protection action failure are analyzed.The diagnosis and disposal process of dispatchers by synthesizing fault information are also proposed.It is hopeful to provide beneficial reference for the power dispatcher in dealing similar defaults.
