借助生物信息学工具对已克隆枸杞果实酸性转化酶蛋白LBSAI的理化性质、亲水性/疏水性、跨膜结构域、二级结构和三级结构等方面进行预测和分析。结果表明:枸杞果实酸性转化酶蛋白为不存在信号肽亲水性蛋白;在氨基酸第37~39位置间产生一个跨膜螺旋结构;该蛋白二级结构主要有无规则卷曲和延伸链构件,并散布于整个蛋白。研究为进一步研究枸杞果实酸性转化酶基因调控蔗糖代谢途径机理提供理论参考。

차조생물신식학공구대이극륭구기과실산성전화매단백LBSAI적이화성질、친수성/소수성、과막결구역、이급결구화삼급결구등방면진행예측화분석。결과표명:구기과실산성전화매단백위불존재신호태친수성단백;재안기산제37~39위치간산생일개과막라선결구;해단백이급결구주요유무규칙권곡화연신련구건,병산포우정개단백。연구위진일보연구구기과실산성전화매기인조공자당대사도경궤리제공이론삼고。
The physicochemical properties, hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, transmembrane domains, two level structure and three stage structure of the cloned lycium bararum fruit acid invertase were calculated and analyzed by using bioinformatics tools. The results showed that the lycium bararum fruit acid invertase is a hydrophilicity protein without a signal peptide and it produces a transmembrane helix structure in the 37~39 article location of the amino acids. The two level structure of the protein mainly has a random coil and the extended chain component. It provides a theory reference information for further researching the mechanism of the regulation of sucrose metabolism pathway of the lycium bararum fruit acid invertase gene.
