From the aspects of grow seedling, soil tillage, rice transplanting, fertilizing and irrigating, the article summarizes a set of rice cultivation technology for drought resisting and water saving in saline-alkali soil area according to many years experiences of water saving for growing rice. This can solve the problem of drought and lacking water for rice production in rice area of Yingkou and can meet the water request in those certain lacking water period, can guarantee the stability and high quantity of rice production.
