在对土地伦理概念及其内涵认识的基础上，论述了土地伦理与农村土地整治的关系，并结合我国农村土地整治的实际情况，提出加强土地伦理研究，促进农村土地整治健康发展的主要对策措施。

Based on knowing the concept and connotation of land ethics,the relationship between land ethics and rural land remediation are discussed. The major countermeasures to strengthen the study of land ethics and to promote the healthy de-velopment of rural land remediation are put forward in combination with the actual situation of the rural land consolidation in China.
