目的:探讨健康教育对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者术后生活质量的影响。方法将78例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征术后患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组39例,均行常规手术治疗。对照组实施常规术后护理,观察组在此基础上从日常生活指导、体位指导、用药指导及心理护理四个方面进行健康教育,以WHOQOL-100量表评估患者生活质量水平,比较分析两组差异。结果治疗后,观察组患者在生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、环境和精神/宗教信仰方面WHOQOL-100得分情况显著低于对照组(t=-8.802、3.953、7.158、4.126、3.608、5.651,P=0.00、0.01、0.03、0.00、0.02、0.01)。结论健康教育能显著提高术后患者的健康意识,有助于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of health education in post-operative quality of life (QOL) for patients with obstruc-tive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) undergone surgical therapy. Methods Seventy eight patients with OSAHS undergone surgical therapy were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. 39 cases in observation group(OG) and 39 in control group (CG). Cases in CG were treated by routine postoperative nursing program while those in OG were given additionally health education on the basis as that for CG. Then, WHOQOL-100 scoring was carried out among all these patient to evaluate their post-operative QOL level differ-ence between 2 groups. Results By the end of therapeutic course, the scores of physiology, psychology, independence, social rela-tions, environmental and spiritual/religious beliefs were 62.8 ±10.7, 63.7 ±10.3, 61.8 ±10.7, 62.9 ±11.4, 61.7 ±10.4 and 55.6 ±10.4 re-spectively for cases in OG, significantly lower than that in CG (P<0.05). Conclusions Health education can greatly promote patient's awareness on health so as to effectively improve their post-operative QOL.
