目的:观察金龙胶囊对鼻咽癌患者放疗期间免疫功能的影响。方法将40例初治鼻咽癌患者随机分为治疗组20例,接受常规放疗加口服金龙胶囊;对照组20例,仅接受单纯常规放疗。于放疗前及放疗结束时以流式细胞术检测患者外周血淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞,比较两组结果差异。结果放疗结束时,治疗组和对照组CD4/CD8、CD19均值均比放疗前降低(P<0.05),但治疗组较对照组下降幅度小(P<0.05),CD56变化组间差异不大(P>0.05)。结论金龙胶囊可以减缓鼻咽癌患者放疗期间的免疫功能下降水平,尤以CD4/CD8和CD19明显。

목적:관찰금룡효낭대비인암환자방료기간면역공능적영향。방법장40례초치비인암환자수궤분위치료조20례,접수상규방료가구복금룡효낭;대조조20례,부접수단순상규방료。우방료전급방료결속시이류식세포술검측환자외주혈림파세포화자연살상세포,비교량조결과차이。결과방료결속시,치료조화대조조CD4/CD8、CD19균치균비방료전강저(P<0.05),단치료조교대조조하강폭도소(P<0.05),CD56변화조간차이불대(P>0.05)。결론금룡효낭가이감완비인암환자방료기간적면역공능하강수평,우이CD4/CD8화CD19명현。
Objective To observe the protective effects of Jinlong Capsules (JLC) on the immune function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 40 untreated NPC patients were randomly assigned to two groups, i.e.. 20 cases in treatment group (TG) treated by routine radiotherapy combined with JLC and 20 in control group (CG) treated only by routine radiotherapy. Then, detected before the treatment and by the end of therapeutic course were the numbers of lymphocytes and natural killer cells in peripheral blood by flow cytometry to compare the difference of radiation effect on the immune function of patients during the period of radiotherapy in these 2 groups. Results By the end of radiotherapy, the mean values of CD4/CD8 and CD19 were both reduced obviously in either TG or CG as compared with that of pre-treatment (P<0.05), but the reduced extents of them were significantly smaller in TG than in CG (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference found in the mean values of CD56 between these two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Jinlong Capsules hold such an effect on the immune function of NPC patient receiving radiotherapy to lower the damaging effect on immunocytes induced by radiation during therapeutic course, especially for CD4/CD8 and CD19.
