目的：探讨急性会厌炎合并糖尿病的临床特点。方法采用回顾性病例对照研究，比较急性会厌炎合并糖尿病40例和非糖尿病性急性会厌炎60例的临床表现及治疗反应。结果在发病起因、咽痛或（和）吞咽疼痛程度方面两组无显著差异，在治疗时间、病情缓解时间、发生呼吸困难方面两组有显著差异。结论急性会厌炎合并糖尿病以中老年人多见，易发生呼吸困难，治疗时间长，对治疗的反应较差。
목적：탐토급성회염염합병당뇨병적림상특점。방법채용회고성병례대조연구，비교급성회염염합병당뇨병40례화비당뇨병성급성회염염60례적림상표현급치료반응。결과재발병기인、인통혹（화）탄인동통정도방면량조무현저차이，재치료시간、병정완해시간、발생호흡곤난방면량조유현저차이。결론급성회염염합병당뇨병이중노년인다견，역발생호흡곤난，치료시간장，대치료적반응교차。
Objective To investigate the clinical charateristics of actue epiglottitis complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Using a retrospective case-control study ,compared with 40 cases of actue epiglottitis complicated with diabetes mellitus and non diabetic acute epiglottitis clinical manifestations and treatment of 60 cases of reaction. Results In the pathogenesis , cause sore throat or (and) swallowing pain degree has no sigificant difference between the two groups , the time ,place and dyspnea have signifucant difference between the two groups in the treatment of disease remission time. Conclusion Actue epiglottitis complicated with diabetes mellitus in the elderly more common, prone to breathing difficulties, treatment for a long time, poor response to trestment.
