目的:探讨在低氧运动训练应激作用下,进行吸高浓度氧恢复对大鼠肝糖原和肌糖原含量的影响.方法:本研究以雄性 SD 大鼠53只,随机分为6组,分别进行低氧暴露、运动干预和吸高浓度氧恢复.在实验第4周末采样,测试大鼠肝糖原和肌糖原的含量.结果:经过4周的实验,低氧运动组肝糖原显著低于其他各组(P <0.05).而其肌糖原显著低于常氧运动组(P <0.05),高于常氧安静组和低氧安静组,但没有显著性差异(P >0.05);低氧运动高氧恢复组肝糖原含量低于常氧运动高氧恢复组,没有显著性差异(P >0.05),而显著高于其它各组(P <0.05).对于肌糖原,低氧运动高氧恢复组显著高于常氧安静组、低氧安静组、低氧运动组(P <0.05).结论:低氧环境不利于大鼠糖储备的恢复,如果低氧训练后进行吸高浓度氧恢复,则有利于大鼠糖储备的恢复.

목적:탐토재저양운동훈련응격작용하,진행흡고농도양회복대대서간당원화기당원함량적영향.방법:본연구이웅성 SD 대서53지,수궤분위6조,분별진행저양폭로、운동간예화흡고농도양회복.재실험제4주말채양,측시대서간당원화기당원적함량.결과:경과4주적실험,저양운동조간당원현저저우기타각조(P <0.05).이기기당원현저저우상양운동조(P <0.05),고우상양안정조화저양안정조,단몰유현저성차이(P >0.05);저양운동고양회복조간당원함량저우상양운동고양회복조,몰유현저성차이(P >0.05),이현저고우기타각조(P <0.05).대우기당원,저양운동고양회복조현저고우상양안정조、저양안정조、저양운동조(P <0.05).결론:저양배경불리우대서당저비적회복,여과저양훈련후진행흡고농도양회복,칙유리우대서당저비적회복.
Objective:to investigate the change of activity of SDH and MDH in skeletal muscle of rats af-ter training of hypoxia,exercise and hyperxia convalescence.Methods:53 male adult Sprague- Drawly (SD)rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,Were exposed to hypoxia,exercise intervention and recov-ery of high concentration oxygen absorption.After 4 weeks,to sample and to test liver glycogen and mus-cle glycogen of rats.Results:After 4 weeks,hypoxia exercise group was significantly lower than hepatic glycogen in the other groups (P <0.05).While the muscle glycogen was significantly lower than normox-ia exercise group (P < 0.05),higher than normoxia non- exercise group and hypoxia non - exercise group,but no significant difference (P < 0.05);Hepatic glycogen of hypoxia exercise and hyperxia con-valescence group was lower than normoxia exercise and hyperxia convalescence group,but no significant difference (P >0.05),and significantly higher than other groups (P <0.05).For muscle glycogen,hy-poxia exercise and hyperxia convalescence group was significantly higher than normoxia non - exercise group,hypoxia non- exercise group,hypoxia exercise group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Hypoxia is not conducive to the recovery of rats with gln stockpile,if to absorb high concentration of oxygen after hypoxic training,it will help the recovery of rats with gln stockpile.
