提出了大型深水试验水池集控系统基于交换式双环冗余工业以太网的总体构成方案,进行了系统冗余分析和设计,设计了控制器,组态了系统各层次之间的通讯网络。提出了各子系统的设计方案,应用现场总线技术设计了与现场设备的接口。提出了系统软件设计的流程,建立了监控界面,实现对试验过程的监视和控制,在试验现场的恶劣环境下具有可靠性高,人机界面友好,维护方便,可扩展性强等特点,具较高的实用价值。

Designed a centralized control and monitor system based on Dual-Ring Redundancy In-dustrial Ethernet. Found the main frame of the system, took the redundancy into consideration, designed the controllers, built communication configuration with switches. Then designed the subsystems, designed interface to the field devices based on field-bus technology. Outlet the flow chart of the software. Set up the monitor interface using configuration software. Showed a great application value with dependable in terrible environment, easy to maintenance ,extensible and convenient human-machine interface.
