RV减速器中摆线轮与针轮发生齿面疲劳点蚀和胶合是主要失效形式,有必要进行摆线针轮副接触分析。摆线针轮属于全齿接触,接触齿数多,针齿受载变形影响整个受载分布,且修形摆线啮合副的接触问题更是一个难以直接用赫兹公式精确求解的小变形几何非线性问题,有限元法却非常适合于这类问题的研究,但大多只涉及到强度分析,对在安装误差下的运动精度分析较少。本文运用有限元软件Abaqus对摆线针轮在安装误差、不同修形齿廓下进行接触分析,得出一般规律。

The RV reducer of cycloid gear and pin gear tooth surface fatigue pitting and agglutina-tion is main failure form, there is a need for cycloidal pair of contact analysis. Cycloidal pinwheel belongs to the whole tooth contact, the contact number of teeth, needle teeth under load deformation affects the whole loading distribution, and modification of cycloidal meshing pair contact problem is a difficult to di-rectly use the Hertz formula calculated precisely the small deformation of the geometric nonlinear prob-lem, the finite element method is very suitable for the research of this kind of problem, but mostly only involve the strength analysis, the motion accuracy analysis are less under installation error. In this paper, using the finite element software Abaqus to tooth profile contact analysis under cycloidal pinwheel in in-stallation error and different modification, draw a general rule.
