文章以阿克苏中小学维吾尔族教师为例,从少数民族教师语言态度入手,对其进行了调查研究,发现目前新疆双语教育中存在双语教育师资队伍力量薄弱、语言环境较差、对双语教育认识不统一等问题,提出了立足实际、深化认识;科学规划双语教育、强化师资队伍建设;重视民族语言、优化双语教育等相应的改进对策。

This paper investigated the Uyghur teachers in primary and junior middle schools in Aksu in terms of their language attitude. It found that the bilingual teachers are inadequate, language environment is unfavorable, and a unitary understanding of bilingual education is lacking. It proposed that measures must be taken to deepen understandings in accordance with the reality, plan scientifically bilingual education, improve teachers, attach importance to ethnic languages, and optimalize bilingual education.
