吉尔吉斯斯坦是中国最重要的邻国之一。中吉关系总体发展平稳，合作层次快速提升，合作领域不断拓展。与此同时，中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦双边关系发展进程中依然存在一些不和谐因素，并有可能在特定的时空被人为放大，并产生一定的消极影响。成熟、稳定和良性发展的中吉关系是构建丝绸之路经济带的前提和重要保障。同时，目前可能影响未来双边关系发展的诸多因素则可以在共同构筑丝绸之路经济带的进程中逐一化解。

Kyrgyzstan is one of the important bordering countries with China. Sino-Kyrgyzstan relations have been generally moving forward steadily, and the cooperation between the two has been uplifting fast and deepening continually. Meanwhile, there are factors hindering the development of Sino-Kyrgyzstan relations, factors that could be artificially magnified in certain time and space so that negative influences could be produced. A ripe, steady and benign Sino-Kyrgyzstan relation is the prerequisite and guarantee for developing the Silk Road Economic Belt. The present factors affecting the relations can be solved in the process of jointly developing the Silk Road Economic Belt.
