以全生命周期成本( Full Life Cycle Cost)理论为依据,结合变压器的技术参数,对变压器大修技术改造提出经济分析模型,并结合实际算例,说明该模型在变压器大修技术改造中的决策分析中的应用。通过不同方案的比较分析,得出了变压器大修技术改造经济决策依据,并进一步对对影响变压器LCC的主要因素进行分析,提出变压器大修技改策略,即大修技术改造中延长设备寿命,提高技术参数,降低能耗等。

In this paper, the full life cycle cost ( Full Life Cycle Cost) theory as the basis, combined with the technical parameters of transformer, puts forward the model of economic analysis to the technological transformation of transformer overhaul, combined with the actual examples, illustrates the model of decision analysis in the technical transformation of transformer overhaul applica-tion.Through the comparative analysis of different schemes, draws the transformer technology overhaul economic decision-making, and further on the main factors to influence transformer LCC were analyzed, proposed the transformer overhaul strategy, namely the technology of overhaul of prolonging service life of equipment, improve technology parameter, reduce energy consumption.
