从水库蓄能分析的角度出发,提出以来流能损失表示可发水量的损失,以增加蓄能表示水头的增加,以来流能的高效利用为目标确定水电站蓄水调度运行策略。通过来流能损失与一定水库蓄能利用率下的动用未来水库蓄能的比较分析,提出以蓄能利用效率和电网用电需求确定月内最佳蓄水方案的决策方法。

In this paper, from the prospect of storage energy analization, the loss of water quality is represented with the loss of in-flow energy and the additon of water level is represented with the addition of storage energy.With the objective of high efficient utili-zation of inflow energy, a new optimal operation mode of storing water period is proposed.Through the comparison between the loss of inlfow energy and the utilized future storage energy, an optimal storing decision method is proposed based on storage energy utili-zation efficience and power demand.
