6S管理是现代企业的生产现场管理理念和方法。高职院校教育教学中引入6S管理模式，有助于高职院校树立良好的形象，有助于推进高职院校“企业化”校园文化的建立，有助于高职院校学生就业能力的培养。分析了推行6S管理的基本步骤和推行要领，为6S管理模式的实践提供了借鉴。

6S management is a management concept and method of modern enterprises in the production site. The paper argues that the introduction of 6S management mode into vocational colleges is helpful to promote the establishment of enterprise-oriented campus culture and to enhance graduates’employment capacity. The authors of the paper analyzes the implementation steps of 6S management and its main points for the reference of the colleges’practice.
