为提高圆葱收获的机械化水平,根据我国圆葱种植模式的特点,研制了4行牵引式圆葱收获机。同时,重点完成了各功能部件结构优化设计及动力传动系统的分配设计,可依次完成4行圆葱的挖掘拔取、输送、秧苗切割、去土和集收等功能。田间测试表明:损失率为1.2%,伤葱率为1.25%,均满足生产需求。

In order to enhance the mechanization level of onion harvest , according to the characteristics of onion planting patterns in China , this paper developed a four line traction type onion harvester .Mainly for each functional unit structure optimization design and the distribution of the power transmission system design , it can complete extraction of mining , transmission , seedling cutting , soil clenning of four lines onion .We conducted the field test , The experimental results showed that loss rate is 1 .2%, the injury onions at a rate of 1 .25%, meet the production requirements .
