柠条生长几年后木质化程度很高、韧性很好,目前成熟的作物收获装备不能完成柠条的机械化收获。在创新柠条联合收获装备的设计中,输送机构是关键部件。为此,针对柠条的生长特性和柠条联合收获装备设计性能要求,对选用的拨齿式输送机构进行了相关运动学、动力学分析,确定了拨齿板数量、拨齿齿形、高度、齿角及拨齿个数等基本参数,分析了柠条以横进、竖进、侧进3种不同方式进入输送装置时拨齿的受力情况。同时,根据收割机喂入量与输送量的关系,计算得出:收割机前进速度为2m/s时,输送机构第一级拨齿辊转轴匹配转速为100 r/min。
檸條生長幾年後木質化程度很高、韌性很好,目前成熟的作物收穫裝備不能完成檸條的機械化收穫。在創新檸條聯閤收穫裝備的設計中,輸送機構是關鍵部件。為此,針對檸條的生長特性和檸條聯閤收穫裝備設計性能要求,對選用的撥齒式輸送機構進行瞭相關運動學、動力學分析,確定瞭撥齒闆數量、撥齒齒形、高度、齒角及撥齒箇數等基本參數,分析瞭檸條以橫進、豎進、側進3種不同方式進入輸送裝置時撥齒的受力情況。同時,根據收割機餵入量與輸送量的關繫,計算得齣:收割機前進速度為2m/s時,輸送機構第一級撥齒輥轉軸匹配轉速為100 r/min。

After years of growth , Caragana korshinskii has a high level of lignification and it ’ s toughness is very good .At present , the crops harvesting equipments can ’ t complete mechanized harvest of Caragana korshinskii .The conveying mechanism is a key part of the innovational design of Caragana korshinskii .According to the growth characteristics of Ca-ragana korshinskii and the design equipments of combined harvesting equipment , we did the kinematics and dynam-ics analysis on the dial tooth type conveying mechanism ,and determined the number of dial gear tooth plate ,the dial gear tooth height,the tooth angle,the number of dial tooth and other basic parameters .Also, we analyzed the force condition of the dial tooth when Caragana korshinskii entered into the conveying mechanism in transverse , vertical and side .Moreo-ver, according to the relationship between the feed volume of harvester and Conveying capacity , we calculated that har-vester forward speed is 2 m/s, the dial tooth conveying mechanism of rotating shaft matching speed is 100r/min.
