针对小麦叶部病害智能识别系统,提出了基于颜色、纹理和形状特征的特征提取方法。首先,针对 RGB和HIS颜色空间,定义这两种颜色空间的转换公式,并提取14个颜色特征;其次,利用灰度共生矩阵方法得到16个纹理特征;再次,借助于不变距理论获取13个形状特征;最后,以4种小麦叶部病害为研究对象进行试验。结果表明:本文提出的特征提取方法,系统识别率较高,符合实际应用的要求。

In order to resolve the problem of not taking into account color , texture and shape features in crop disease in-telligent recognition systems , feature extraction method based on three feature types was proposed .Two types of color spaces such as RGB and HIS were considered , and the transformation formula of the two color spaces was improved . Then fourteen color features were defined and extracted .Meanwhile sixteen texture features were defined and extracted based on gray level co-occurrence matrix .And thirteen shape features were defined and extracted based on invariant mo-ment theory .Finally the feature dataset was received which was suitable for identifying four types of wheat leaf diseases . The results show that the system recognition rate is relatively high , and can meet the practical application requirements .
