排种器的合理设计直接影响到育苗的质量。为此,介绍了带有环形导槽的型孔机械式排种器的结构和工作原理,并对型孔等关键部件结构及性能参数进行了设计。试验证明:该排种器在排种质量、效率上均达到国家行业标准,具有较好的应用前景。

Reasonable design seed -metering device directly affects the quality of nursery .Main structure and working principle of the annular channel type mechanical seed metering device , and key components of the structure and performance parameters such as type holes were designed ,and through test proved that the seed metering device on seed quality , efficiency meet national industry standards , and has good prospects .
