利用SolidWorks 软件绘制了微型土槽试验台的三维模型,并对机架的强度进行了有限元分析,根据分析结果进行了改进设计和有限元分析论证,完成了试验台的制作。选取芯铧式开沟器进行土槽试验台性能验证试验,通过采集的图像及数据可知:芯铧式开沟器开沟稳定,土槽试验台的性能满足试验和设计要求。
利用SolidWorks 軟件繪製瞭微型土槽試驗檯的三維模型,併對機架的彊度進行瞭有限元分析,根據分析結果進行瞭改進設計和有限元分析論證,完成瞭試驗檯的製作。選取芯鏵式開溝器進行土槽試驗檯性能驗證試驗,通過採集的圖像及數據可知:芯鏵式開溝器開溝穩定,土槽試驗檯的性能滿足試驗和設計要求。

Draw three-dimensional model of micro soil bin test station by using Solidworks software , and the intensity of the machine frame of the finite element analysis , according to the results of the analysis are improved design and finite element analysis and demonstration , completed the production test stand .Select the core ploughshare type furrow opener of soil bin test bench performance test to verify , through the image acquisition and data knowable , core ploughshare type furrow opener ditching stability , properties of soil bin tester can meet the requirements of test and design .
