针对目前统收式机采棉含杂率比较高这一现状,对国内外采棉机清杂系统的分离方法和分离理论进行探究,明确了不同清杂系统的优点和不足,通过研究棉花及其杂质的物料特性,确定了统收式采棉机清杂系统的各部件参数。同时,对统收式采棉机清杂系统工作机理、组件结构及性能进行理论分析和仿真分析,优化了此装置的设计参数。结果表明:当钉齿滚筒的转速在300~400 r/min时,清杂系统的工作情况最为稳定,清杂效率最高;当施加在出杂闭风器顶端边缘的力为20 N时,其顶端位置、速度及加速度的变化是在可靠的范围之内的,出杂闭风器的工作性能稳定、性能可靠。
針對目前統收式機採棉含雜率比較高這一現狀,對國內外採棉機清雜繫統的分離方法和分離理論進行探究,明確瞭不同清雜繫統的優點和不足,通過研究棉花及其雜質的物料特性,確定瞭統收式採棉機清雜繫統的各部件參數。同時,對統收式採棉機清雜繫統工作機理、組件結構及性能進行理論分析和倣真分析,優化瞭此裝置的設計參數。結果錶明:噹釘齒滾筒的轉速在300~400 r/min時,清雜繫統的工作情況最為穩定,清雜效率最高;噹施加在齣雜閉風器頂耑邊緣的力為20 N時,其頂耑位置、速度及加速度的變化是在可靠的範圍之內的,齣雜閉風器的工作性能穩定、性能可靠。
