针对国产采棉头锥齿轮传动系统在工作中存在复杂动态激励问题,以采棉头核心工作部件锥齿轮系统为研究对象,基于NX环境建立锥齿轮系统实体模型,应用多体动力学系统 RecurDyn 解算器,采用相对坐标系运动方程理论和完全递归算法对影响齿轮动态激励的刚度激励、误差激励及啮合冲击激励进行耦合分析;改变传统准静态及等效误差近似的分析方法,研究出锥齿轮系统时域内的动态激励,并输出了接触力和接触力矩的时域曲线。研究结果可为国产采棉头锥齿轮系统减振和提高使用寿命提供理论依据。
針對國產採棉頭錐齒輪傳動繫統在工作中存在複雜動態激勵問題,以採棉頭覈心工作部件錐齒輪繫統為研究對象,基于NX環境建立錐齒輪繫統實體模型,應用多體動力學繫統 RecurDyn 解算器,採用相對坐標繫運動方程理論和完全遞歸算法對影響齒輪動態激勵的剛度激勵、誤差激勵及齧閤遲擊激勵進行耦閤分析;改變傳統準靜態及等效誤差近似的分析方法,研究齣錐齒輪繫統時域內的動態激勵,併輸齣瞭接觸力和接觸力矩的時域麯線。研究結果可為國產採棉頭錐齒輪繫統減振和提高使用壽命提供理論依據。

In view of complex exciting problems existed in the domestic cotton-picking head bevel gear transmission sys-tem at work , by taking the cotton picker ’ s core component of bevel gear system as the research object , establishing an entity model of the bevel gear system based on NX environment , employing multi-body dynamics system ’ s RecurDyn sol-ver, and using relative coordinate motion equation theory and complete recursive algorithm to couple stiffness excitation , error excitation and meshing impact excitation that have effects on gear dynamic excitation to change the traditional quasi static and error equivalent analysis methods , the bevel gear system ’ s dynamic excitation in the time domain is worked out with the time domain curves of contact force and contact moment output .The study results provide theory basis for desig-ning the domestic cotton picker ’ s bevel gear system with damper and increasing the service life .
